Silicon Outsourcing takes an extra care about the all the information that is provided by the client. We protect all the information and keep confidential to ensure security to client's data base.
Our confidential features of the policy are:
- All confidential data, information and the client's property are strictly secured under well define security guidelines.
- Without consent of the prior executive client officer, the information about the project can not be disclosed to any third party. Even the Silicon Outsourcing staff working on the project agrees to it.
- Silicon Outsourcing enters into non disclosure agreement with client to assure data security. NDA covers all the aspects of client's right on his project data.
- Security measures are taken to keep checks on information transfer.
- Strong networking security has been implemented to eliminate unsecured data transfer by employee.
- All raw and processed data destroyed by the Silicon Outsourcing once project is completed and submitted to client.
- Regular back of ongoing projects are taken to eliminate possibility of data loss. Back up servers perform data back operation at every weekend.
- Workstation is persistently being monitor to check unofficial activity.
